Menu Opportunity Reports

Menu Opportunity Reports give an indepth analysis of any given category as depicted in our database of restaurant menus, MenuMine.

125 Food and Ingredient Reports -- $6500 each

Menu Opportunity Reports are based on the MenuMine Database of 1475 menus. Reports include an executive summary plus an analysis package of 15 to 20 tables and charts (Powerpoint/Excel) in presentation format. An accompanying spreadsheet is included on relevant data fields.  All reports are provided on a syndicated basis.  Custom reports requiring more time and analysis may be prepared on an exclusive basis, at the request of the client. Depending on the task, spreadsheet fields may include chain name, menu item name, item type, cuisine of item, item description, cooking method, protein type and/or menu part.  There are over 100 data fields in MenuMine from which Menu Opportunity Reports are prepared.  Allow one week turnaround time on most requests.

Statistical Measures may include (where relevant) leading item menu share, category incidence, items per chain menuing, market size projector and menu price. 
Same Store analysis provides a benchmark view versus five years ago, even though continuous trending may go back ten years.
