The MenuMine database includes menus collected from 45 market areas around the country. MenuMine includes menu data from Chains (635), "Down the Street" independents (449) Cutting Edge/Fine Dining (146) and non-commercial (245). Depending on needs, reports may break out data for four regions or for nine regions (within the four).
