Editorial Policy

Last updated: March 10, 2026

Food Trend Insights is committed to independent, transparent and reproducible research. This policy describes how our editorial and research operations work.

Independence

We do not accept sponsored editorial. Custom-research engagements are conducted under contracts that preserve our control over methodology, findings and publication decisions. Sponsors and clients do not have approval rights over published conclusions.

Sourcing and methodology

Every report identifies its panel, sample size, time period, and definitional choices. When we redefine a category or expand a panel, we re-baseline historicals so trend lines remain comparable.

Corrections

We correct published errors promptly and transparently. Material corrections are appended to the original publication with the date of correction.

Conflicts of interest

Analysts disclose financial or advisory relationships that could reasonably be perceived as a conflict of interest with respect to companies covered in their published research.

AI and technology use

When artificial intelligence tools are used in research or content production, this is disclosed. All findings are verified by human analysts before publication.
